Mexico November 2019
For a few years Todd talked about how he’d love to meet us in Mexico someday to show us his favorite spots. So this last Christmas he happily started making all the plans. Here we are in the airport just after landing in Puerto Vallarta. We amazingly ran into Todd and Nazira in customs, as they flew in on a different flight, and the timing was perfect. And it just so happened that it was the first day of “Day of the Dead”, and our B & B was on the parade route…what luck! We stayed for 2 nights and then drove to Punta Perula, one of Todd’s favorite beach towns and stayed 3 nights. It’s a sleepy place with a few excellent restaurants and empty beaches. From there we went to Boca de lguanas for 2 nights where Todd and Ron chartered a fishing boat and returned with our dinner for two nights.! Our favorite restaurant even said they’d grill it up for us! Our next stop was Barra de Navidad where there are crocodiles in the rivers that swim out to sea, so you could be swimming with a partner you weren’t expecting! After a few days there we returned to Puerto Vallarta to fly home.

Amazing sunsets from our room in Puerto Vallarta.

Back in Puerto Vallarta for a few nights before we flew home. Beautiful shades of blue from our balcony in the late afternoon light, as Todd and Nazira snorkeled.

A must see garden called Jardines Botanicos De Vallarta.

Love the flow of her dress….you almost expect it to move!
